SV	Maar dit woord was kwaad in de ogen van Samuel, als zij zeiden: Geef ons een koning, om ons te richten. En Samuel bad den HEERE aan.
WLC	וַיֵּ֤רַע הַדָּבָר֙ בְּעֵינֵ֣י שְׁמוּאֵ֔ל כַּאֲשֶׁ֣ר אָמְר֔וּ תְּנָה־לָּ֥נוּ מֶ֖לֶךְ לְשָׁפְטֵ֑נוּ וַיִּתְפַּלֵּ֥ל שְׁמוּאֵ֖ל אֶל־יְהוָֽה׃ פ
Trans.	wayyēr^a‘ hadāḇār bə‘ênê šəmû’ēl ka’ăšer ’āmərû tənâ-llānû meleḵə ləšāfəṭēnû wayyiṯəpallēl šəmû’ēl ’el-JHWH:

AC	ו וירע הדבר בעיני שמואל כאשר אמרו תנה לנו מלך לשפטנו ויתפלל שמואל אל יהוה {פ}
ASV	But the thing displeased Samuel, when they said, Give us a king to judge us. And Samuel prayed unto Jehovah.
BE	But Samuel was not pleased when they said to him, Give us a king to be our judge. And Samuel made prayer to the Lord.
Darby	And the thing displeased Samuel, when they said, Give us a king to judge us. And Samuel prayed to Jehovah.

Sch	Dieses Wort aber mißfiel Samuel, da sie sagten: Gib uns einen König, der uns richte! Und Samuel betete darüber zu dem HERRN.
